Description

The set is supplied mounted. It includes:

a single-flow metal needle, 30 cm long, 17 Gauge O.Ų and 18 Gauge I.Ų, with a cutting double beveled point and echogenic distal tip on 2cm, and over 5 mm from the 3rd distal cm. It is protected by a hard tube
a tubing that allows to aspirate follicular fluid up to a collecting vial
a 30-ml, round-bottom collecting vial, with either a screw plug or a soft truncated plug

4 Models are available:

Valve:

without valve or
with valve: between the puncture needle and the plug, a three-way valve allows either aspiration, or rinsing of the follicles

Plug:

with screw plug or
with soft plug

Indications

Collection of oocytes using celioscopic approach or ultrasound guidance (transvesical, transvaginal, periurethral or endovaginal).

The H.O.C.™ set allows to collect rapidly a maximum quantity of oocytes without any trauma, the fractures of the zona pellucida are limited and the storage is optimal: the fertilization level is higher.
